Welcome to 2016 and to a seductive, feminine and very playful OLE LYNGGAARD COPENHAGEN brand campaign. Down to the minutest of details the spirit of the old-fashioned travelling circus is visible in everything that the company presents to the world.
“For me personally, this has been the most complicated, and at the same time the most rewarding, brand campaign yet. I was able to combine my love of fine jewellery with my deep passion for fashion, interior decoration and scenography,” says fine jewellery designer and company Creative Director Charlotte Lynggaard.
Her artistic fingerprint is visible in every last detail of the campaign where magical, playful surroundings of understated luxury create a bohemian backdrop to covetable high-end jewellery from the latest fine jewellery collections.
The exotic and seductive circus atmosphere was created through a soft palette of perfectly harmonised vintage colours in sensual nuances of ochre, burgundy, pale blue and dusty greys and greens. Internationally recognised fashion photographer Anders Overgaard shot the campaign, which features Swedish model, Mona Johannesson, whose ethereal beauty epitomises the OLE LYNGGAARD COPENHAGEN circus spirit of 2016.

FAMILIEN
OLE LYNGGAARD COPENHAGEN blev grundlagt i 1963 i Hellerup nord for København af guldsmed Ole Lynggaard. En livslang fascination af ædelsten og metaller førte Ole Lynggaard verden rundt, hvor han forfinede og øvede sit håndværk, inden turen gik tilbage til Danmark, og den første kollektion blev skabt i hans navn. Siden er mange kollektioner kommet til. I 1987 startede Charlotte Lynggaard - designer og guldsmed - i familievirksomheden, hvor hun i dag fungerer som kreativ direktør. Søren Lynggaard - søn af Ole Lynggaard - har gennem mange år arbejdet i virksomheden, og blev i 2003 udpeget til administrerende direktør. Begge er vokset op med passionen for håndværk, som de hver især udlever inden for hver deres område. OLE LYNGGAARD COPENHAGEN har i dag Skandinaviens største guldsmedeværksted, hvor en stor del af produktionen finder sted. Den tætte kontakt til guldsmedene betyder, at Charlotte og Ole kan følge både udvikling og produktion helt tæt og konstant sikre, at de håndlavede smykker lever op til familiens høje krav til kvalitet og design. |
EVOKING A SENSE OF MAGIC
The OLE LYNGGAARD COPENHAGEN brand campaign 2015 provides a unique insight into our universe, a place fuelled by passion, dedication and craftsmanship. Charlotte Lynggaard wanted to create a campaign that evoked feelings and imbued a sense of magic. She has used her main elements of inspiration: women, poetic pastels and rare vintage treasures collected on her many journeys. Handcrafted jewellery pieces are presented in a young, crisp and poetic universe, with sensual, bohemian and artistic expressions. Our new muse is Scandinavian and timeless, her porcelain skin allows an almost nude makeup. She is dressed in light silky dresses and kimonos that are Charlotte Lynggaard’s own creations or borrowed from her wardrobe. Working with the concept of women as muses has been a natural step in our aim to get closer to the product and to emphasize craftsmanship and design excellence.
